Q: Is your agency open?
A: Yes, we never closed. Our office hours are 8:30 – 4:30 M-F. Please call the office at 635-2302 to schedule an appointment. If you are scheduled to come into the office we will require that you wear a mask and use hand sanitizer. If you do not have a mask available, we will provide one. Staff will also wear a mask. This is to protect you and staff members.
Q: Are you requiring masks?
A: We are not at this time requiring masks, however, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask or requesting an Advocate to wear a mask, we are happy to accommodate. If you have been directly exposed to Covid-19 or are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please wear a mask to help keep each other healthy and safe. This section will be periodically updated to reflect CDC guidelines and recommendations.
Q: Can I receive services without coming into the office?
A: Yes. Advocates are able to meet with you via phone or video chat. Your confidentiality is still of upmost importance to us. We have researched and chosen communications that are the safest and most confidential. Advocates will explain any concerns you may have around confidentiality.
Q: What if I need help after hours?
A: We have a 24 hour hotline 635-2300. If it is an emergency please call 911.
Q: Is your agency still receiving donations?
A: Yes, however we ask that you call the office at 635-2302 to schedule drop off of any supplies.
