Administrative Assistant & Volunteer Coordinator
Phoenix Project is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Volunteer Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations, programs, and community engagement of our agency.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that combines administrative and client support, grant and financial support, volunteer coordination, and educational marketing and outreach. The position plays an important role in keeping agency operations running smoothly while helping Phoenix Project engage volunteers and strengthen our presence in the community.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while working both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills are important for success in this role. Knowledge of domestic violence, sexual violence, social justice, or related human-services issues is required.
The position is in-office and community-based, reports to the Executive Director, and requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Prior experience in administration, nonprofit or human-services work, volunteer coordination, or related fields is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
